We ask Daren about Golden Knights net-minder Logan Thompson, and wonder if he is the answer to Vegas’ goalie issues before shifting the conversation over to the Boston Bruins as we look at what they’ve done to find themselves at the top of the standings 24 games into their regular season. After the break we open up the conversation to the rest of the league as we talk about the impressive play from the Winnipeg Jets and the New Jersey Devils & share some thoughts on the teams that have disappointed us most so far this year.

Dave Hodge returns to the show to start the week off with some baseball talk. With the leagues winter meetings underway, we talk to Dave about all of the big name players who have yet to sign with a team and speculate on where they might end up. As always with Dave, we talk about the Toronto Blue Jays and get an update on who they are targeting and what roster moves we should expect before the start of next season.

The three start the show with a discussion on the surprisingly successful starts from New Jersey and Boston before shifting focus to all of the new coaching changes throughout the league and the positive effects they’ve had for their respective teams. We also discuss the evolution of player and goalie usage in todays NHL, the stacked Atlantic Division and much more with Mr.Bowman as we kick off another week of sports talk.
