Inspired by recent comments from Nick Kypreos about the Coyotes’ players alleged distaste towards their new home rink, we talk about the arena in Tempe that can only fit 5000 fans and if it will help or hurt the already fragile NHL franchise. After the break, we get into a discussion about Auston Matthews’ future with the Toronto Maple Leafs and speculate on where he might end up, if not Toronto, when his contract is up.

The three spend the first bit discussing Miami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa’s injury sustained in their Thursday Night Football matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. We question the teams decision to play Tua not even a week after he was injured against the Buffalo Bills and the never ending issues the NFL faces when it comes to managing head injury’s. After the break, we focus on the Buffalo Bills, their loss to the Dolphins and their Super Bowl aspirations before ending the show with a bit of Sabres talk with Howard.

The playoffs are right around the corner for Major League Baseball so we had to bring on our good friend J.P. Morosi to the show to talk about it with Bob and John. We begin the show focusing on Aaron Judge's record breaking 61st home run this season in yesterdays game against the Toronto Blue Jays. The three discuss the significance of not only Judge's home run total but his overall play this year - is this one of the greatest individual performances in Major League Baseball history? After the break, we shift our attention to this years playoffs as we go over the leagues new playoff format, what we should expect heading into the post season and what teams are primed to make a run for the World Series.

Zeisberger and Garrioch join the podcast today for a good ol' fashioned NHL Roundtable. 50 years exactly have passed since Paul Henderson scored the goal that won Canada the Summit Series back in 1972 yet, he is still not in the Hockey Hall of Fame. We spend the first half of todays show debating on why Henderson has yet to be inducted into the HOF and question if he even should be in it before moving on to some current NHL news. The four talk about Matt Murray and the Toronto Maple Leafs' goaltending issues as we share our concerns about having Murray be the number one goalie for the Leafs before moving on to pick Bruces brain about all things Ottawa Senators to end the show.

Kenny Albert, the only 4 sport play by play announcer in the game joins the show today to have a chat with Bob and John. In the midst of a series against the Toronto Blue Jays, Kenny, Bob and John talk about the New York Yankees and their record breaking slugger, Aaron Judge. We discuss the significance of Judge’s 61 home runs and what it means to the city of New York before moving over to MVP talk and speculate on the likelihood of Judge staying in New York as a Yankee once his contract is up. Before changing topics, the three pick Kenny’s brain about MLB’s playoff format and who he thinks we’ll see in the World Series come October. After the break, the three get into some stories from Kenny’s career as we talk about the difficulties of calling games for 4 different professional sports leagues before ending the show with some NFL talk along with a brief discussion on the New York Rangers.
